Overview

Reach Kit is a content creation tool designed for producing text content for LinkedIn. Reach Kit is not associated with LinkedIn Corp or Microsoft.

Accounts and Security

To use Reach Kit, you must sign in with your LinkedIn account. The information shared with Reach Kit is your name, email address as specified in your LinkedIn profile, and a temporary token as required by the official LinkedIn API.

Loggin in with a LinkedIn account also allows you to create a post on your LinkedIn profile from Reach Kit. Nobody via Reach Kit can create a post on your behalf. You can only create a new post on your LinkedIn profile when you access Reach Kit with your LinkedIn account from your device.

Reach Kit implements strong row level security policies to ensure that only you can access and modify your stored data like drafts, ideas, and published posts.

Data Collection

We do not collect personal data with the exception of your name and email. However, Reach Kit collects non-personal data including cookies and IP addresses to provide analytics services and improve the user experience.

Data Deletion and Deleting Your Account

At any point you can request the deletion of your data from our servers via this form. This action is irreversible and will permanently remove your data from our systems. Please note that if you’ve purchased Reach Kit lifetime access or a subscription plan, you won’t be eligible for a refund once seven days have passed and you delete your account.

Cookies, Data Usage, and GDPR Compliance

Your data will never be shared with any third party. Reach Kit uses cookies to enhance user experience, for analytics purposes, and to track user behavior, anonymously. Text content is censored and not tracked. By using our site, you agree to our use of cookies.

Data Collection and Usage

The data collected through our software is used solely for analytics purposes. We do not sell any collected data to third parties. For debugging or support purposes, particularly when assisting users with issues they report, authorized Reach Kit personnel may need to access specific user data related to their account or usage to diagnose and resolve problems effectively.

GDPR Compliance and User Responsibilities

Reach Kit, as the data processor, will:

• Process Data as Instructed: We will only process data in accordance with your instructions and the terms outlined in this agreement.
• Ensure Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process on your behalf.

We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any changes via email.

Governing Law

These Terms & Services are governed by the laws of Italy.
